I’m back!  I also finally finished a book that I have been working on with an editor for the last seven years.

"Almost a millennium of peace reigned in the world of Zaidna after the Dread God Anoth killed his sister and lost his master to an unknown fate. In his absence, the high races of Zaidna flourished, united in common prosperity and in worship of the Goddess. Little did they know of Anoth's obsession over reclaiming his old world and taking himself a royal bride.

In the present, Kirin, a talented but naive priestess-in-training, has begun to experience nightmares, a phenomenon that is supposed to be impossible for women born under a high house of ormé. Fearing the judgment of the clergy and her peers, she withdraws, only to be called to meet with the holy prophetess, who is in direct communication with the Goddess. But Kirin discovers that secrets abound in the shadows of the noble caste, and there is more to the blessings of the Goddess than there seems...”

Hi! I'm a graphic artist and author currently working out of upstate New York.

My Instagram | My Tumblr | My Youtube | The Annals of Orme - Book One

I worked for six years as a writer, game and UI designer, and voice actress for a children's virtual world,, which is now sadly unavailable. :( There, I helped to design many aspects of their online safety curriculum and developed several key features of their site. I wrote marketing material and application instructions.

Currently, I'm the creative director of Lexikeet Learning (, an online language learning software that customizes itself based on your learning style, time, strengths, and weaknesses. There, I develop UI, write and create marketing material, and manage commodity creation. More recently, Lexikeet has moved to providing intake, translation, and interpretation services to non-profits and government/federal agencies who cater to the needs of immigrants and refugees.

I've also written a book. You can read the sample here!
The Annals of Orme - Book One

Having spent so many years either drawing in someone else's style or making lots and lots of boxes and buttons, I've finally gotten around to drawing for myself again. I strive to improve every day!

Ha! Thanks, the new avatar is awesome, I love it.

I'm kinda doing good. Working a lot so I am not doing as much drawing anywhere near what I'd like.
Someone quit so I've been doing extra shifts. I so sore:rofl:

I wish I had a camera that was good for sunsets and night time because last week was fantastic.
On one horizon the sun had just gone down but the aura was still lighting up the sky
from orange into what might have been a purple that faded into a blue across the sky and
got darker until the other horizon where the moon was shining brightly with stars around it.

It was really nice.

I just saw the video of Katelyn Nicole Davis's suicide. The 12 year old who hung herself
because she was bullied and possibly sexually abused.
It was pretty sad. I guess the only good thing is it looked like she went out fast so no suffering
in the end. But her getting to that point is the real problem. The people who put her through
hell are most likely going to get away with it because that's what it seems like every time
we hear about another kid opting out.

Oh yeah, some asshole takes office next week.

That video of Katelyn Nicole Davis's suicide was incredibly sad.  It was very strange to watch her swinging back and forth while the sun completely sets, and then her phone starts vibrating as everything is going dark.  Really sad.  I have heard her parents were pretty abusive, so if that's true I hope the authorities get involved.  Really terrible.

LOL Ever since Trump was elected I've been watching his interviews and rallies because I want to know what the dude actually says without the right or left telling me.  I also read up on his platform on his website, and while some of it is completely ridiculous, other things sound okay in theory, if he can get them through. This is going to be a very interesting four years.  I can only say that I hope he does a good job and that it won't be a complete shit show.  I am most concerned about the ACA.  The ACA sorta supplanted the current laws on NY's books that made insurance premiums cost over 2000 a month. I went for years without insurance because of that.  I pay almost 800 a month now, which is still fucking ridiculous, but it's better than 2 grand.  I am worried that if it is repealed and then immediately replaced (as Trump said he wanted to do in interviews, but who knows if he meant it) NY's old laws will go right back into place and I will only be able to buy insurance for 2000 again -- probably even more, actually.  Anyway, I've also heard word that even if Obamacare is repealed it'll still be in place for another 3 years or so while they work up a replacement.  Just in time for the GOP to look like big heroes for the next election.
